The Market Pub has been serving the finest Real Ale for the last 150 years uninterrupted (one of the only pubs in
Derbyshire to do so!). We have 9 different Real Ales and also a selection of Real Cider and Perry. We stock a mixture of local and national cask ales and always have a changing selection of different styles in our cellar. We pride ourselves on the quality of our ale, and consider it to be the best in Chesterfield. Last year we had over 400 different real ales through our hand pumps! Covering all of the different styles of Real Ale, from darkest stouts to  brightest blondes and various fruit and spiced ales.

A festival of real ales, ciders and live music. We will be featuring, Jaipur, Pale Rider, Absolution, Grey Ghost plus many more real ales, ciders and perries

We regularly have Real Ale, Cider & Perry festivals. The festivals run for a whole week during which there is a great selection of beers and ciders to choose form as well as live music and artisan food.
